Madebao Vacuum Equipment Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1992, specializing in the production of screw vacuum pump series, Roots vacuum pump series, slide valve vacuum pump series, water ring vacuum pump series, reciprocating vacuum pump series, and various vacuum pump pumping units. After thirty years of hard work, the company has accumulated considerable advantages in talent, management, product R&D, quality control, and market development. Products are widely used in food, refrigeration, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, ceramics, handicrafts, electronics, electrical appliances, aerospace, aviation, vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum furnaces, and national defense scientific research.
The company covers a total area of 100 mu, with a building area of 43,000 square meters. It currently has more than 200 employees, including 41 engineering and technical personnel. The registered capital of the head office is 50.1 million yuan. Subsidiaries include: Shenyang Madebao Vacuum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang MOTAI Screw Vacuum Pump Co., Ltd., Taizhou Xinghua Vacuum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Madebao Compressor Co., Ltd.
In recent years, the company has built a new factory building of 32,000 square meters. Through multiple technological transformations, it has configured Japanese and German CNC machining centers, a large three-coordinate measuring instrument, a large external cylindrical grinder, and more than 120 other processing equipment. The fine processing has a constant temperature processing workshop. The equipment level is at the forefront of the domestic vacuum pump manufacturing industry, realizing digital processing and digital testing. Product precision has been greatly improved, and product quality is at the forefront of the domestic industry.
The company has established a complete detection and management system from the entry of raw materials to the delivery of products, ensuring that the entire production process is controllable. The company has a length metrology room, and all conventional measuring tools are regularly inspected and calibrated to ensure that they are in good condition. The physical testing laboratory is equipped with spectrometers, hydraulic universal testing machines, and hardness testers. Incoming materials are sampled and tested in batches. The product has a full-performance testing platform, and all new products and batch products (random checks) undergo full-performance testing. Each product undergoes factory testing. The company consistently implements the ISO9001 quality management system, laying the foundation for stable product quality.

2012
In 2012, the company was reorganized to form Madebao Vacuum Equipment Group Co., Ltd. A new factory was built in the Taizhou Binhai Development Zone with an investment of 50 million yuan. The new factory covers an area of more than 60 mu, with a planned construction area of nearly 30,000 square meters. This includes a new office building, R&D base, and standard factory buildings.
2010
In 2010, the third technological transformation project was completed with the establishment of a new branch factory in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The company's total land area expanded to over 140 mu, with the addition of 13,500 square meters of new standard factory buildings and over 200 sets of machining equipment. Annual output value exceeded 100 million yuan.
2006
In 2006, the second technological transformation was carried out, and a new Jiangsu Xuyi branch factory was built. The enterprise expanded to a total area of over 110 mu, with a newly built standard factory building of 23,000 square meters, 12 new processing centers, and a total of 133 sets of machinery and equipment. The annual output value reached 50 million yuan.
2000
In 2000, the first technological transformation took place, and the company moved into the Taizhou Economic Development Zone. A new factory building of 4500 square meters was constructed, along with 58 sets of machining equipment. The annual output value reached 15 million yuan.
1993
In 1993, the Yong'an Pavilion factory area had a 1200㎡ factory building with an annual output value of 3.5 million yuan.
1992
Madaobao Vacuum Equipment Group, formerly known as Taizhou Xinghua (Jiaojiang) Vacuum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was established in 1992 with a start-up capital of 30,000 yuan and a factory area of 300 square meters.
