The pump chamber of a dry, constant-pitch screw vacuum pump is divided into several unconnected cavities by the meshing main and driven rotors. According to their function, these cavities are divided into suction cavity ③, transport cavity ④, and exhaust cavity ⑤.
A Roots vacuum pump mainly consists of a pair of synchronously rotating "8"-shaped rotors and two semicircular pump chambers. This pump cannot exhaust independently and must be used in series with a fore pump (such as a sliding vane pump, rotary vane pump, water ring pump, oil ring pump, etc.).
Slide valve vacuum pumps are suitable for aspirating air and other general gases. When using gas ballast, they can also aspirate gases containing a small amount of condensable gases (such as water vapor). When aspirating gases with excessively high oxygen content, explosive gases, gases that corrode ferrous metals, or gases that react chemically with vacuum oil, additional devices should be added.
In addition to being able to draw in general gases, SK, 2SK, and SZ type liquid ring vacuum pumps have the main advantage of being able to draw in condensable gases (such as water vapor). Because liquid ring pumps have the characteristic of isothermal compression, this pump can also draw in flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases.
Reciprocating vacuum pumps (also known as reciprocating pumps) are also called piston vacuum pumps and are one type of equipment for obtaining low vacuum. Compared with water ring vacuum pumps, they have advantages such as high vacuum degree and low power consumption; compared with vane vacuum pumps, they can be made into pumps with large pumping speed.
The KT series high-vacuum oil diffusion pump is used to obtain 10 -2 ~10 -5 High vacuum and ultra-high vacuum are the main equipment. It, together with vacuum components such as valves, cold traps, pipes, and mechanical vacuum pumps, constitutes a high-vacuum pumping system. If cooling devices such as liquid nitrogen are used and measures such as baking are added, ultra-high vacuum can be obtained.
An oil diffusion jet pump, also known as an oil booster pump, is a type of oil vapor flow pump, mainly composed of a diffusion nozzle and a jet nozzle. Its operating pressure range is 10-10 -2 Pa, and it has a high pumping speed and high outlet pressure within this operating pressure range.
A Roots sliding valve vacuum unit consists of a Roots pump as the main pump and a sliding valve vacuum pump as the fore pump connected in series. The Roots pump and sliding valve pump are automatically started and stopped, and overload protection is achieved through a vacuum relay or an electric contact pressure gauge.
