Detailed Introduction
This type of pump is the first product of our company to be applied in industrial production in China. It adopts the magnetic supertorque characteristic to complete the power transmission between the motor and the pump.
Compared with ordinary Roots vacuum pumps, it has the following advantages:
• Magnetic drive transmits torque, and the dynamic seal of the main shaft transmitting torque becomes a static seal (that is, no stuffing box and mechanical seal), realizing zero leakage transmission of power.
• No mechanical contact friction noise, avoiding high-frequency vibration power transmission, ensuring smooth operation of the Roots vacuum pump.
• Overload protection can be achieved during the operation of the working machinery.
• Compared with rigid couplings, there is no impact during startup, and installation, disassembly, debugging, and maintenance are more convenient.
• By changing the rotating shaft seal to an isolation sleeve static seal, the long-standing problems of vacuum leakage and lubricating oil leakage caused by wear and tear of the shaft dynamic seal can be completely eliminated, achieving long-lasting sealing. No lubrication is required, there is no medium and lubricant pollution, and the environment is purified.
• Sealing performance is irrelevant to the rotational speed of the shaft. The installation dimensions and performance parameters of this series of pumps are the same as those of ordinary ZJ and ZJP pumps.
