LS type direct exhaust wet Roots vacuum pump is a rough vacuum acquisition equipment, suitable for vacuum drying, vacuum dehydration, vacuum extraction, and vacuum degassing in industrial sectors such as power, chemical, food, papermaking, pharmaceutical, and textile. It is suitable for clean, oil-free vacuum systems and pumping processes with a large amount of water and water vapor overflow, especially suitable for vacuum filtration in coal washing plants and ore dressing plants. This type of pump can be used to obtain a vacuum and also as a blower, so it can be used for vacuum collection and pneumatic conveying.
Features:
• Compared with commonly used water ring pumps, this type of pump has the advantages of low power consumption and less cooling water required.
• When the working pressure is 1000HPa-410HPa (i.e., -10mmHg--450mmHg), it is recommended to use a single LS type pump. When the working pressure is 410HPa-40HPa (i.e., -450mmHg--730mmHg), it is recommended to use two LS type pumps in series. In this way, the energy-saving effect will be more obvious, reaching 30%-40%.
