Slide valve pumps come in single-stage H-type and double-stage 2H-type.

Slide valve vacuum pumps are suitable for evacuating air and other general gases. When using gas ballast, they can also evacuate gases containing small amounts of condensable gases (such as water vapor). When evacuating gases with excessively high oxygen content, explosive gases, gases that corrode ferrous metals, or gases that react chemically with vacuum oil, additional devices should be added. This type of pump can be used independently or as a fore pump for diffusion pumps, oil booster pumps, Roots pumps, and other high-vacuum pumps. Compared to rotary vane vacuum pumps, the H-type slide valve pump is more durable and has a longer service life. This pump is frequently used in vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum sintering, molecular distillation, and aviation simulation testing. Our slide valve pumps have the following features:

• Optimized counterweight design for low vibration and noise.

• The bearing sealing chamber has a separate oil supply, isolated from the pump chamber, preventing impurities from entering the bearing chamber and causing premature damage to the bearings and seals.

• An auxiliary oil tank can be added according to user requirements to cool the vacuum oil and separate impurities.

• Except for the older H-150 model, the motor is located above the pump, resulting in a compact structure and small footprint.
