Detailed Introduction
The 2BV series liquid (water) ring vacuum pump is suitable for removing gas and water vapor, and the suction pressure can reach 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum). When transformer oil is used as the working fluid (called an oil ring vacuum pump), the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar absolute pressure (99.3% vacuum), which can completely replace reciprocating pumps. When the liquid ring vacuum pump works for a long time under suction pressure close to the ultimate vacuum (saturation vapor pressure of the working fluid), a cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump. As a new generation of energy-saving products, the 2BV series liquid (water) ring vacuum pump will completely replace the SK, 2SK series liquid (water) ring vacuum pumps and W, WY, WL series reciprocating pumps with the same performance due to its excellent performance and many advantages.
The 2BV2-Ex and 2BV6 series liquid (water) ring vacuum pumps are mainly used for removing explosive gases and working in various flammable and explosive environments. Their performance parameters are the same as those of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
Features:
• Motor and pump coaxial direct connection design, saving space, easy to install and maintain.
• All use mechanical seals as standard configuration.
• All have cavitation protection pipe interfaces. When working under extreme pressure, opening the cavitation protection pipe interface (or connecting to the separator) can eliminate cavitation noise and protect the pump while maximizing the suction effect.
• The aluminum bronze impeller and baffle have high strength, durability, and improved corrosion resistance. If the flow parts are made of stainless steel, they can work in more harsh environments.
• Unique flexible exhaust port design, no over-compression, ensuring the 2BV series has the best efficiency within its performance range.
• All use Y3 series motors, with IP54, IP55 protection level and F-class insulation.
• All use imported NTN or NSK bearings.
• The 2BV series liquid ring vacuum pump can achieve that all flexible sealing components are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which can greatly extend the service life of the vacuum pump under harsh working conditions.

Note: 1. The performance parameters and performance curves (below) listed in the table above are obtained under the conditions of saturated air at 20℃ as the intake medium, working fluid temperature at 15℃, and exhaust pressure at 1013 mbar. Performance tolerance is ±10%.
The left side of the figure shows the performance curve with an atmospheric jet pump.
2. The working fluid flow rate listed in the table is the required working fluid flow rate when using an air-water separator and part of the working fluid is recycled. If the working fluid is not recycled, the actual required working fluid flow rate is approximately twice the flow rate in the table.
