Detailed Introduction
The 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pump is a high-efficiency, energy-saving product developed by our company based on the advanced technology of imported products.
This series of pumps adopts a single-stage, single-acting structure, featuring simple structure, easy maintenance, reliable operation, and high efficiency and energy saving. Compared with the widely used SK, 2SK, and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps in China, it boasts significantly higher vacuum degree, lower power consumption, and reliable operation, making it an ideal replacement for SK, 2SK, and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps. Main structural features of the 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors produced by our company:
• Bearings can be selected from original imported bearings, ensuring precise positioning of the 2BE1 vacuum pump impeller and high stability during operation.
• Impeller materials are all made of ductile iron casting or steel/stainless steel welding, fully ensuring the stability of the 2BE1 vacuum pump impeller under various harsh working conditions and significantly improving the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.
• Pump bodies are all made of ductile iron casting or steel/stainless steel, improving the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.
• The coupling (direct drive) adopts a standard high-strength elastic coupling. The elastic element uses polyurethane material, ensuring stable and reliable operation, long service life. The unique top-mounted gas-liquid separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
• Castings are all made using resin sand casting, resulting in good surface quality. No need for surface polishing, leading to better heat dissipation for the 2BE1 series vacuum pump.
• Mechanical seals (optional) can use imported parts, fully ensuring no leakage during long-term operation of the 2BE1 series vacuum pump.
• The inner wall profile of the pump body adopts a near-elliptical profile to ensure optimal pumping effect.
• The exhaust system of the 2BE1 series vacuum pump adopts a unique polytetrafluoroethylene plate structure (original water ring pump uses a ball valve structure). The valve plate covers the exhaust port on the outer side of the flat circular disc and is positioned by the stainless steel stopper on the other side. This valve plate changes its bending degree with changes in inlet pressure, allowing the pumped medium to be discharged from the pump when the inlet pressure is reached. This structure avoids over-compression in the vacuum system, can self-adjust the exhaust area to reduce energy consumption, and thus achieves optimal operating efficiency.

Note: 1. Working fluid type: Usually water, standard temperature 15℃ (range 0℃ to 65℃); or its temperature must be at least 10℃ below its boiling point.
2. The above water consumption is the required water consumption at the standard speed. For different speeds, the flow rate in the data table is multiplied by (actual speed ÷ standard speed).
3. If the working fluid flow rate needs to be increased, the flow rate in the data table is doubled.

Note: The above selected motor power can work under most conditions.
If the exhaust pressure is high (gauge pressure 0.02~0.05MPa),
increase the motor power accordingly; if the actual power corresponding to the working pressure of the 2BE1 vacuum pump is smaller (refer to the shaft power curve), a motor with a close power can also be selected, which can be more energy-saving.
