Detailed Introduction
Reciprocating vacuum pumps (referred to as reciprocating pumps), also known as piston vacuum pumps, are among the equipment used for obtaining low vacuum. Compared with water ring vacuum pumps, they have advantages such as high vacuum degree and low power consumption;Compared with rotary vane vacuum pumps,it can be made into a pump with a higher pumping speed. The new WL series vertical reciprocating vacuum pumps currently produced by our factory are updated products of the original W-type horizontal vacuum pumps. Compared with the W-type horizontal vacuum pumps, this pump has the following advantages:
• The average wear rate of the cylinder, piston rings, crankshaft, piston rod, and crosshead is greatly reduced, and the service life of the air valve is greatly increased.
• Power consumption is reduced by nearly 1/3, floor space is reduced by 2/3, and water consumption is reduced by 1/2.
• Noise is reduced due to the elimination of transverse wave adverse vibrations.
• WLW series vacuum pumps can be supplied in an oil-free form, greatly improving vacuum cleanliness, making them ideal equipment for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
WLW reciprocating pumps are single-stage pumps with a ultimate pressure of 2000Pa (15Torr).
