The KT series high-vacuum oil diffusion pumps are used to obtain 10 -2 ~10 -5 High vacuum and ultra-high vacuum are the main equipment. It, along with vacuum components such as valves, cold traps, pipes, and mechanical vacuum pumps, constitutes a high-vacuum pumping system. Using cooling devices such as liquid nitrogen and employing measures such as baking, ultra-high vacuum can be obtained. This series of pumps is designed in a sudden cavity form, and the pumping speed is increased by about 30% compared to the K series pumps.
