Detailed Introduction

An oil diffusion ejection pump, also known as an oil booster pump, is a type of oil vapor flow pump, mainly composed of a diffusion nozzle and an ejection nozzle. Its operating pressure range is 10-10 -2 Pa. Within this operating pressure range, it has a large pumping speed and maximum outlet pressure. Compared with Roots vacuum pumps, this pump has the advantages of simple structure, no mechanical transmission parts, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and long service life. It is mainly configured in high-vacuum systems as an intermediate stage between the main pump and the fore pump, and can also be used independently as a high-vacuum pump in metallurgy or in workplaces where a small amount of water vapor needs to be removed.
