Detailed Introduction
The MaDebao series Roots water jet vacuum unit consists of a Roots pump (also known as a mechanical booster pump) as the main pump (including an intermediate pump, which comes in both corrosion-resistant and non-corrosion-resistant versions. The corrosion-resistant version is spray-coated for excellent corrosion resistance), and a water jet pump as the pre-stage pump. This unit is widely used in vacuum drying, vacuum distillation, vacuum concentration, and other processes, and is widely used in metallurgy, petrochemicals, papermaking, food, and electronics industries. More stages of complete units can be designed according to customer needs to improve the pumping capacity and vacuum degree of the unit.
Features:
The horizontal water jet vacuum unit, acting as a pre-stage pump, can pump corrosive gases. A single-stage Roots pump can achieve an ultimate vacuum of 150Pa, while a two-stage Roots pump can achieve an ultimate vacuum of 25Pa.

The specifications in the table are common series specifications. The Roots pump and water jet vacuum unit can also be recombined and selected according to customer requirements. The standard motor speed is 2900 r/min, but a low-speed motor can be configured as needed.
